Memorial Weekend
What a bummer...I have no pics of our weekend and really of the last month or so. Our camera is broken and nope it's not fixed. We went down to Zion's Ponderosa and had a good time, even with the crappy weather. They have a lot to do down there...4-wheeling, pool, tennis, horseback riding, rock climbing, etc, and paintball (which I'm sporting some sweet bruises from)! We made a trip to Zions for the day and believe it or not, Damon fell asleep while we were hiking. Seriously I don't remember the last time that kid fell asleep in my arms especially while outside. Miracles do happen!

Fatter yet Faster?!
It's funny that I'm even posting this being that it was almost a month ago, but that's how I roll. Nate and I ran in the SLC half marathon...and funny enough I ran it 7 minutes faster than before. I was a little suprised when Nate said we both should run it this year, he thought I was crazy for doing it the first time, but now I think he has the running bug. Oh and not that it matters, but yes I totally beat him!!!

The Easter Bunny came to our house, but I guess he doesn't like me...only N8 and Damon got baskets. Sorry Bunny, what did I do? Just kidding Nate. Oh by the way, looking good-you work that camera! We had dinner at our place and an Easter egg hunt to follow... I love the holidays!
Some of the girls from Snow came over for lunch with their darling kids that week also and we had yet another egg hunt...good times. I have a blast hanging out with you girls-love ya!
Whaaaat?
I can't believe the last post I made was back in Feb-Gees...I suck. So here is the latest happenings in the Evans household during the month of March...which really isn't much.
Damon got his FIRST haircut. I guess it was more of a trim. We're going to let it grow out long, long like a little girl...just kidding, but I'm questioning if he's starting to sport a mullet? Let us know if this is true. Oh I know sweet picture! Just kick'in back in my throne
Reminiscing with some old friends at the Petting Zoo at Thanksgiving Point.
Damon got his first set of clubs...he swings the clubs at everything except for the balls. ...and we lived happily ever after

Lo Siento
Damon LOVES to play with Nate's basketball. He gets so excited when you start dribbling it around and passing it to him...Utah's next John Stockton.

All I have to say is good thing I don't stay up late anymore, well at least watching tv...anymore who am I kidding. My friend Brittany reminds me often of the highschool days when my friends would be in my driveway at some odd hour of the morning calling me to come down and I would pick up the phone and then hang up-Party animal I know. Anyways-who really gets hooked on those infomericals on tv...Me! I've seen this one for Rosetta Stone, and I'm sold. I'll be speaking espanol in no time at all.

OUR LITTLE MAN
Damon just turned 9 months a few days ago, and man that kid just gets freakin' cuter every day. His personality is so dang funny, I'm laughing out loud just thinking about him.
Things Damon loves to do: walk everywhere, climb the stairs (especially when mom thinks I'm playing in the front room), play in the dogs food dish, babble non-stop, fall and hit his head, be carried around the house.
Things Mom/Dad love to do with Damon: Wrestle, kiss on his cheecks, feed the newly turned food vulture, and play, play, play.
Things Mom/Dad try to pawn off on one another: Changing of the poopy pants, and the 7 am wake-up call.
Life is so much crazier with a kid, but it's true you don't know what you would do without them. Damon your the best. Mom and Dad love your guts!
